What are the most common misconceptions about Nose LINE ON?

Threads tend to dissolve more slowly in the nose than elsewhere in the face. This seems to be because the nose has less fat relative to the volume of the thread than other areas do. In fact, when a nose is opened during surgery, thread is sometimes still there. If you like the shape the remaining thread gives you, that’s an advantage, because the effect lasts longer. But if you want it completely gone, it may need to be removed surgically, by locating the thread within the tissue and taking it out.

You hear both that the effect lasts more than a year and that it doesn’t last a month because older nose threads worked differently on the bridge and on the tip. On the bridge, the thread fills space and makes the bridge look higher, so the effect lasts. On the tip, older threads lifted the cartilage and held it up. Results varied with skin thickness and the elasticity of the cartilage, but they usually didn’t last long.

LSCO is an L-shaped thread, and I designed it so that its folded part fills the nasal tip directly. Because it fills the tip rather than only lifting it, the result at the tip can also last longer.
