Before asking whether we can, we ask whether it will truly help you.
Sometimes a patient who is already slim says, “If I could just lose a little more, it would be fine.”
Removing more at that point doesn’t make the contour smoother. Instead, the outline of bone and muscle can show too much, and the shape can look uneven. A good contour needs some fat to stay.
Breast fat transfer isn’t decided by looking at the breasts alone.
The fat has to come from your own body, so we first look at how much can reasonably be harvested, not only how much you’d like to add. Pushing ahead anyway means harvesting from more areas without getting the change you hoped for. In that case, we’ll tell you, “We could try, but we don’t recommend it.”
Together, we first work out exactly what you like in the photo.
Is it a defined waist, a smooth side profile or a short, soft jawline? Once we know, we talk about how to create that feature with what you have now. Even when two waists look alike, rib cage size and pelvic width don’t change easily.
Before anything else, we explain what is possible and where the limits are.
Talking only about what’s possible makes for an easy consultation, but you may be disappointed when you see the result later. Once you’ve heard everything, we respect your decision. But we won’t do anything that could harm your body.
Published studies put the fat retention rate for breast fat transfer at around 50%.
It can fall as low as 30% if you lose weight and rise as high as 70% if you gain weight. A number without its conditions means little. Eating well, sleeping well and keeping your weight from dropping are part of the treatment.
If you don’t exercise enough and keep overeating after treatment, the results will fade.

Research & invention
Looking for ways to improve results while reducing side effects led to patents,
and one of them became a product now used by physicians in other countries.
On the 61st Invention Day in 2026, Dr. Oh received a commendation from the Minister of Intellectual Property.

The thread anchors at two points, the nasal bridge and the columella (the column of skin between the nostrils), and its folded L-shaped end fills and supports the nasal tip directly. A folded surface, rather than the sharp end of a straight thread, sits against the tissue. The aim of this design is to lower the risk of the thread pushing through the skin.

A soft feel, and the strength to hold its shape without wrinkling (rippling): for a long time, implants have had to give up one of these qualities to gain the other. This implant is designed with a double membrane, an extra layer around the implant, to offer both.
The physical prototype was made with standard implant manufacturing processes, without new materials. We expect it to be most relevant to breast reconstruction, where the covering tissue is thin, and plan to refine it with a company experienced in manufacturing and regulatory approval. This implant is not used at LINE ON Clinic.
In finite element analysis (FEA), with the implant tilted to 90°, surface indentation was about 5 mm less than in a single-membrane model (10.5 mm vs. 16 mm), and peak stress was also lower (0.095 vs. 0.123 MPa)

A needle with separate channels (Separate Lumen System): one for the filler and one for checking blood backflow, to help prevent filler from entering a blood vessel. It is designed so that backflow can be noticed right away if the needle enters a vessel. It is not yet used in treatment.
