This may suit you if…
You have a specific area you’d like to slim, but surgery worries you and recovery time feels like a burden. You’re also willing to keep up exercise and a healthy diet alongside treatment.

You have severe obesity (a very high BMI), you’re hoping for a bigger change than a refined contour, or you don’t plan to keep up exercise and a healthy diet.
Procedure, time & anesthesia
At your consultation, we ask which area bothers you, examine it and decide how many sessions you need. Including time with the patient coordinator and the doctor, the consultation takes about 10–15 minutes.
After we disinfect the marked area, the solution is injected with a long needle. The injection takes 5–10 minutes, depending on the area.
You’ll feel only a brief sting as the needle goes in, so numbing cream usually isn’t needed. If you’re very worried about pain, the treatment can be done under IV sedation (sedation is charged separately).
Pain, recovery & returning to daily activities
Right after treatment, the area looks puffy from the injected solution. The fluid is absorbed within about a day. You can return to daily activities the same day. Please avoid alcohol and smoking on the day of treatment.
Results, how long they last & repeat treatment
You’ll start to see a change the next day, once the puffiness goes down, and it becomes clearer little by little over 1–2 weeks.
The treatment works in two ways: it reduces the number of fat cells, and it reduces fluid retention (swelling) in the area. The fat-cell reduction lasts if you keep up a healthy diet and exercise. The change from reduced fluid retention, however, may gradually fade after 1–2 months.
We recommend 3 sessions, 1 month apart, together with diet and exercise.
A common misconception
Many people expect that one injection will stop them from gaining weight again and that the first result will last. But a single session can only reduce so much fat. At most, it refines a contour.
The first session can feel like a big change, but much of that comes from reduced fluid retention. Fluid retention depends on circulation, so exercising the area, better posture, stretching and massage can help the change last longer. If fluid builds up again, though, the area can partly go back to how it was.

If there’s no set dose limit, how much LINE ON Injection is too much?
Because of how the LINE ON Injection solution is formulated, the dose isn’t limited by body weight. But injecting too much puts excess pressure on the skin, and recovery can take longer with little gain in effect.
What does the 15-minute microwave treatment do?
The microwave treatment works on two layers: it destroys fat in the fat layer and improves elasticity in the dermis, the deeper layer of the skin. Used together with LINE ON Injection, each enhances the effect of the other.
Will the treatment still work if I don’t exercise or watch my diet?
It may still have an effect, but without exercise and a healthy diet, the change soon wears off.
If there’s no set dose limit, how much LINE ON Injection do you actually use?
I inject the amount that gives the greatest effect in each area. How much that is depends on your body weight, the thickness of the fat under your skin and the skin elasticity in that area.
Does LINE ON Injection contain steroids?
No. Steroids can produce an effect by shrinking tissue, but they can cause side effects throughout the body, including irregular periods and bleeding between periods, so I don’t use them.
