What’s the difference between Korean-made and imported fillers?

It’s less about Korean-made versus imported than about the manufacturer. Each company has its own way of producing hyaluronic acid and of treating the cross-linking agent, which affects how much of it remains after the final washing. Each also has its own processes, standards and specifications for the filler’s physical properties.
That said, any filler approved for use in people has to meet safety requirements.
It’s a bit like choosing a car. These days there isn’t a big difference in performance or convenience between models, but you still choose what you’ll drive. Filler goes into your own body, so the choice is yours too. Filler is only a tool; what result it produces depends largely on the skill of the doctor using it.
